A Personal Word from Dr. Maricondo "Hi, I am Dr. Dave Maricondo and I wanted to introduce myself to you. I am originally a California kid but did my dental training at NYU College of Dentistry. Initially, I practiced in New York for 5 years before I relocated here to Ohio to make it my home, and I love it! I have found that people here in Ohio are truly the kindest people I have ever encountered. When I am not helping people with their smiles, I enjoy Buckeye football, hiking in central Ohio, and going for runs with my dog, Pete! Oh, I am a big music lover so the next time we are in treatment, let me know what you want to listen to, and we can enjoy the sounds together! Now you may ask, why dentistry? As far back as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a doctor because I have had this strong sense that I was meant to help and serve others. More specifically, I decided dentistry was my calling because of how interpersonal, detail-oriented, and instantly rewarding the nature of the work is. My favorite thing to do is to relieve people from tooth pain, knowing that once the anesthesia wears off, they will feel peace and get a good night’s rest. With that being said, I also have extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, implants, and Invisalign so whatever you need, I can serve you thoroughly and comprehensively. I am also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, and I am pursuing my fellowship through many hours of continuing education. Overall, my philosophy is that my team and I are partners with you as advocates for your best oral health through honesty, transparency, and clinically excellent outcomes.
